We proclaimed You at Christmas
as "God with us" - Emmanuel.
We believe it is still true.

You are our King of Peace.
You wait with us in this time.
You are with us in this time of mourning.
You walk through the deep shadows.
You hear the questions and see the tears.
You know the hurt, the anger, the pain and the loss.

You bore all of those things
and more
on the cross.

It is hard,
but we will try and leave them there
with You...
