Revenge of the Peep Snatchers

Only a few were brave enough to try it at Easter dinner yesterday... But, to mixed reviews I present...

PEEP SALAD!!!!

Conclusion: weird, salty, sweet, crunchy and a smidge of goo.

I tried it... so you don't have to!

I would suggest adding either salted peanuts or salted cashews. It really sounds like it might be yummy!

(But then I enjoy peanut butter and sweet pickle sandwiches)

Oh, yuck, I hate peeps...but my son loves them. This year our dog got into the Easter basket...ate the jelly beans, but left the peeps, mildly chewed but unconsumed...LOL...

That looks like one of the most revolting concoctions I have ever seen. And I was once presented with a wall of Jell-o salad in a grocery store, so that's really saying something...
