Reeeeeeaaaaallly tall wedge sandals. Worn with yellow leggings. Giant plastic circle earrings in fuschia. Huge multi colored plastic bangle bracelets. And the sunglasses.

yes, plastic beads in pretty much any bright color, unless you have some of the wooden or shell beads that were so popular. A wide vinyl belt with matching boots would be nice, but prob less doable. And a big floppy hat!
