I just thought you should see why I am grateful for our plumber tonight... We were about a day or so away from an in-house swimming pool!
When the plumber (whose name was NOT Joe!) began to remove the sink trap, the pipe fell to pieces in his hands. So, to whatever angels God has in charge of holding pipes together... THANKS!!!

That could have been really really terrible and awful.
Makes me want to go check all my sinks...
Yeah, no kidding. After the plumber left, I actually DID! It's especially scary because we usually turn on the dishwasher and then LEAVE the kitchen!!

Plumbers and electricians are worth their weight in gold. That may be why they charge so much.
WOW! How lucky were you?? We have no idea what the angels take care of do we? How many close calls and such.
