If, when I am in something that could be called a "senior praise band" I attempt to participate in something like this, my children have my permission to remind me of this video....

I think I'll go fill my ears with Classical music now.
Oh my. And if I'm any indication, the other seniors who might be in the congregation couldn't understand more than a word or two!
